The Best Child Home
The Best Child Home, Jesus Character Gifted School is a Christian-based school rooted in the belief that children flourish when they are taught the love of Jesus. Our director, teachers, and staff are all believers, and together we create an environment where children naturally grow into the gentle, humble, and caring character of Jesus.
Our classrooms are thoughtfully designed with safety and learning in mind, featuring soft padded flooring, rounded corners, air purifiers, and an extensive collection of educational toys and materials. Right in front of the school is a spacious playground, and a garden of flowers and vegetables surrounds the building, giving children meaningful opportunities to connect with nature.
By the time our students enter kindergarten, most can communicate naturally in English and read at a second-grade level, read and write Korean with confidence, and solve multi-digit math problems mentally. Through our afternoon enrichment programs, they develop well-rounded abilities across music, arts and crafts, science, dance, and movement.
Teacher S
S Teacher majored in Korean dance and minored in ballet at a four-year university in Korea, and continued her studies at a university after relocating to the United States. She is a mother of 3 and brings both her personal and professional experience to her work with children at our school.
In our afternoon enrichment program, she leads a wide range of activities including origami, crafts, playdough, Korean dance, ballet, and music. A teacher of many talents, she pours the love of Jesus into every child she works with and is especially beloved by her students. All classes and activities are conducted in English.

G Teacher majored in Special Education at a four-year university in Korea and currently serves alongside her husband, who is planting a church in the United States.
With a calm, caring nature and a warm heart, she creates an environment where children feel a sense of comfort and security, much like they would with their own mother. In her classes and activities, she uses both English and Korean in a natural and balanced way, helping children develop fluency and confidence in both languages.

Teacher E
E Teacher majored in piano at a four-year university in Korea and has since pursued additional studies in accounting after relocating to the United States. She currently serves as a piano accompanist at a large Korean church in Orange County and has long been active as a private piano instructor and Saturday Korean school teacher.
She has been a valued member of our team for over 5 years, guiding children with love and kindness as they naturally learn and practice the character of Jesus. Known for her warm smile and positive presence, she creates an uplifting and encouraging environment where children feel safe and supported. Classes and activities are conducted in English.

Director Lee
The director of The Best Child Home, Jesus Character Gifted School graduated from Seoul National University of Education and went on to serve as a public elementary school teacher in Seoul for 17 years, holding leadership roles in curriculum development, instructional research, and educational technology.
Driven by a deep passion for education and a genuine love for children, she has continuously refined her approach to teaching and student guidance with joy and dedication.
These are some of Director Lee's accomplishments:
🏆Served as a teacher monitoring for EBS Educational Broadcasting for one year, earning the Minister of Education Award for her outstanding contributions
🏆Awarded 1st place nationwide in a lesson plan competition for conversational English instruction for third graders
🏆Awarded 2nd place nationally for a first grade mathematics lesson plan focused on achieving mastery learning for every student in the classroom
🎓 Obtained a M.A. in Theology
📚 Currently pursuing a D.C.Ed in Christian Education
✝️ Served as a children's ministry pastor for 14 years
